Online Filing of Your Annual Earned Income Tax Return
Cumberland County Tax Bureau – January 2019
Individual Online
Filing – Getting Started
First time users will need a PIN to access the online
system. The PIN is a combination of randomly generated capital letters and
numbers. It can be found to the right of the address block on the preprinted
return you received in the mail. If you are new to the area or haven’t received
your preprinted return yet, you may also call the office and have a PIN
generated for you. You must be the owner of the account and will be asked to
verify your identity by answering a few account specific questions.
As with any tax preparation, please be sure to gather all
your tax documents before beginning. Once you are ready, click the red box
titled ONLINE INDIVIDUAL TAX SYSTEM on the Bureau’s webpage or by typing this
web address into your browser:
https://cumberlandtax.rba.com/CCTB/eFilingEntry/eitintroduction.aspx
Choose your logon type, Existing or New, before going
through the steps for logging in. The fields needing completion are determined
by your logon type.
Once you click SUBMIT, the system will walk you through
the filing process.
*Please Note* If you are unable to attach your tax
documents to your online filing, you may fax or mail them to the office. Please
be sure to write ONLINE FILING SUPPORT on the fax or mailing envelope.
Should you have any questions along the way, please
